Only an amendment can change constitutional law, regardless of any and all rhetoric expressed by IRS supporters, who are literally paid to deceive all of us, usually quoting erroneous dates and non-existent or unlawful statutes that have no origin. Non-compliance also affords ‘we-the-people’ individually and as a whole the absolute right, to initiate a multitude of legal actions upon each and every IRS agent including the commissioner, who is attempting to confiscate hard earned bucks using apparent deception, fraud, conspiracy, and outright theft.
